All orders include free shipping.

Order Processing and Shipping

 

Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Time: In-stock items are typically delivered within 5-9 business days.

Shipping Carriers: We use UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground for deliveries.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

 

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

If you don’t receive tracking details within six business days, please contact us at support@komoder.com.

Inspecting Your Delivery

 

Check your items upon delivery for any visible damage. If damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt.

Report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours to ensure prompt resolution.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Order Refusal Policy

 

Orders refused for reasons other than damage or shipping errors may incur a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping costs.
